Refund policy
Damaged Products- IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!!!
We have a 7-day return policy for damage items, or if an error on behalf of Mane Drop & the wrong products were mailed. Which means you have 7 days after the date delivered on the deliver receipt confirmation, to report and request a refund or new products.Â
To be eligible and to start a return for the damaged goods OR returnable products, you must email us immediately to date stamp this request. Contact us at support@manedrop.com. Please send clear photos of the damage products, we will determine if they need to be sent back or discarded.Â
IF your request is to replace the same "damaged" product(s) same qty, and the same size there will be no shipping fees or restock fee charged. We do not refund for damaged products caused by shipping carriers, we will replace the same product(s), same qty & same size or provide store credit to be used at a later time.
EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong products you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the items needing to be replaced along with a packaging them for a safe and undamaged return. There will be a flat $5.00 restock fee per product. Â
If you purchased the wrong item and need to exchange it, you have 7 days to make this exchange on "unused" products.  Email us at support@manedrop.com and request your exchange and important details. Include your first and last name, the email you used, product(s) name, size, qty & price, include the item(s) you wish to exchange, and tell us the product(s) you meant to purchase. Once you receive your confirmation please delivery to us asap within the 7 day period from the date shipped. Please return the product to us, packaged and secure for safe delivery.
Once the unused product has been received and approved for restock and a Mane Drop associate has accepted it, you’ll be automatically given store credit, minus the shipping & handling cost & the cost of $5.00 for a restock fee per product. Â
If your "return request" is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without following the above process, will not be accepted, refunded or store credit given. This is NON- Negotiable as of 1.1.25

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Â
Exceptions and Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on products if the seal has been broken or the product is used.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
